NGNY was engaged by Suncorp to design their Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), bringing their vision to life through a thoughtful and iterative approach.
Centering the design around Ripples of Healing, a powerful artwork by Belle Artates, we ensured that the document visually reflected the spirit of reconciliation. Through close collaboration and refinement, we delivered both a print-ready and digital PDF, seamlessly blending cultural storytelling with functional design.

RAP Artist – Belle Artates
Belle Artates, a proud Dharug woman from the Boorooberongal Clan and a Suncorp employee, brings deep cultural insight to Ripples of Healing. Her artwork reflects the relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and other Australians, emphasising connection to land, waters, and traditions. Through yarning circles and flowing ripples, Belle illustrates the power of respect, shared knowledge, and reconciliation. Her piece serves as a visual representation of growth, community partnerships, and meaningful change, reinforcing Suncorp’s commitment to lasting impact.
